Marcus Bezuhly along with family and friends opened Edge Brewing Co. in the spring of 2014. From the very start, there was a strong emphasis on perfecting the craft of beer while also paying attention to the atmosphere and cuisine. Here at Edge, we strive to listen and cultivate a relationship between our customers and staff in order to constantly innovate the pub experience. Our well-trained chefs take pub grub to another level in the kitchen! We were featured on Man vs Food for our Over The Edge Burger and continue to provide consistently delicious craft food. Our brewers are always working hard to provide an excellent selection of craft beers sure to please your palate. Beer staples, as well as new and creative recipes, are always flowing here at Edge. Cultivating a following over the last 5 years the pub continues to impress the locals and is a favorite destination for tourists. Our other owners Steve Dockter won American Homebrewers Association Homebrewer of the year, which is a national competition with thousands of entries, Steve has also been brewing for 28 years, and a BJCP judge for 15 years.

Jeremy Gramkow is also a BJCP judge of 15 years, and a brewer of over 20 years specializing in german style beers.

Bryan Garcia Brown our HEAD BREWER is also an OWNER. He has been brewing for over 12 years and been head brewer at EDGE for 7 years winning several professional awards.

Our HEAD DISTILLER Matt Bryant has worked in breweries and distilleries across the the northwest and even in Peru.

In all we have 20 owners all of whom are avid beer enthusiasts and brewers, but most importantly they are just normal folks who live in Idaho and love great beer, cider, and spirits.

Marcus Bezuhly has been a homebrewer for 18 years and a BJCP judge for 6. In 2009 he and his wife Sherry opened HomeBrewStuff; since then they have grown to be one of the largest homebrew supply companies in the Pacific Northwest. In 2014 he opened the doors to Edge.

Bryan Garcia-Brown in an Idaho native who grew up in Idaho Falls and went to college in the beer desert of Southern Utah, his love of craft beer was discovered during college while attending a disastrous beer fest in Mesquite, Nevada. Returning to his home state gave him a love of hops and barley and the rest is history. He spends his spare time with his wife, two kids, two dogs and a great group of friends.

Bob Bezuhly


As a co-founder of Edge Brewing Co. Bob has been involved behind the scenes from the beginning of Edge over 7 years ago. In addition he brings a lifetime of sales and manufacturing experience, with the last 25 of those years exclusively in the coffee industry. Now Bob is dedicating his gift-of-gab to the Edge sales team.

Joe Torrence


Joe has been in the restaurant industry for about 30 years with many different concepts of cooking from the typical American fare to Italian and everything in between. Most of Joe’s cooking experience and knowledge comes from two chefs in Iowa that allowed him to experiment with flavors and fusions for a new spin on some old-style recipes. Joe brings this passion for creativity to EDGE and this has resulted in our kitchen crew also sharing the same passion which is on display weekly for you; our guests to enjoy. Joe has been in Idaho since 2008 with a brief stay in Indiana in 2022. Joe has 3 adult children and one furboy named Rosco.
